Purchasing Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations and Purchase Orders
  
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times and deliveries
  
• Monitor open orders and follow up on supplier confirmations
  
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  
• Enter and update procurement data in the ERP system
  
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
  
• Support supplier performance tracking and procurement reporting
  
• Respond to procurement queries from internal departments
  
• Follow procurement policies, approval procedures and audit requirements
  
• Identify and report procurement discrepancies or non-conformities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or administration
  
• MQF Level 4 qualification in Business Administration, Procurement or a related field
  
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, documentation and supplier coordination
  
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems is considered an asset
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
  
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers, colleagues and internal stakeholders
