TTI is seeking an Head of Operations, Training & Quality for one of our top clients. A well-established group specialising in integrated solutions across fire, safety, security, marine, environmental services and training, supporting a wide range of industries in Malta and internationally.
Tasks
- Lead training operations, scheduling, resources, equipment and logistics
- Oversee local and international training projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and client expectations are met
- Maintain quality, compliance and accreditation standards
- Manage instructor recruitment, development, competency and performance
- Support the development and review of training programmes
- Provide technical expertise for customised training solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in training delivery, operational processes and service quality
Requirements
- Significant experience in the fire service, emergency response or a related industry
- Proven experience managing training operations, projects, budgets and teams
- Strong knowledge of international fire and safety training standards, accreditations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing quality assurance and audit processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
- Proficiency in project management and training management systems
- Strategic and hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop high-performing teams
Gehalt
Up to €60,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
