TTI is seeking for a Product Owner for one of our top clients.
Our client operates in an international and fast-paced environment, delivering tailored insurance solutions across Life and Non-Life segments while partnering with major brands and outsourced service providers across Europe.
Tasks
- Define and manage the product roadmap in line with business needs
- Own and prioritise the product backlog and coordinate product improvements
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Work closely with IT and internal stakeholders on product development and enhancements
- Support product launches and product lifecycle management
- Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure products comply with regulatory and internal requirements
- Maintain product documentation and coordinate product-related projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a similar role, ideally within insurance or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, IT, or a related field
- Good understanding of insurance products and processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI is an asset
Gehalt
