Software Engineer (Back-end) (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Work closely with the front-end team to develop APIs and support application maintenance
  
• Maintain high standards of code quality
  
• Follow established coding guidelines and practices
  
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify technical requirements
  
• Support team development by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and assisting the Team Lead
  
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability
  
• Maintain and improve existing features on an ongoing basis
  
• Keep up with new technologies and industry trends
  
• Raise team-related issues to the Team Lead when necessary
  
• Help estimate the effort required for product backlog items
  
• Work towards meeting KPIs and deadlines
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to pull requests
  
• Share best practices and encourage collaboration within the team

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience building user-facing web applications. In addition to experience a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) would be an advantage
  
• Strong working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and SQL Server
  
• Solid understanding of software architecture and its practical application
  
• Solid understanding of the full web development process, from design to deployment
  
• Strong team player with good problem-solving skills
  
• Able to manage time effectively and stay focused under pressure
  
• Able to estimate work effort and identify possible challenges that may affect delivery
  
• Experience using Git or similar version control systems
  
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
