TTI is seeking for a Senior Legal Officer for one of our top clients.
Our client operates in an international and fast-paced environment, delivering tailored insurance solutions across Life and Non-Life segments while partnering with major brands and outsourced service providers across Europe.
Tasks
- Monitor and interpret insurance regulatory developments
- Handle corporate governance matters and Board support
- Provide tax-related legal support with internal/external experts
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and commercial agreements
- Manage contract renewals, updates, and archiving
- Review insurance distribution processes and partner customer journeys
- Ensure compliance with IDD and regulatory frameworks
- Support litigation management and coordinate external law firms
- Act as Complaints Manager and oversee complaints handling processes
- Provide legal risk assessments for new products and projects
- Advise internal teams and external partners on legal matters
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in insurance, brokerage, or regulatory authority
- Strong knowledge of Life and Non-Life insurance regulations
- Knowledge of distribution and outsourcing requirements
- Native or fluent French and very good English
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Accurate, calm, and able to work under pressure
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Adaptable, professional, and eager to learn
Gehalt
