TTI is seeking for a Deputy Head of Actuarial for one of our top clients.
Our client operates in an international and fast-paced environment, delivering tailored insurance solutions across Life and Non-Life segments while partnering with major brands and outsourced service providers across Europe.
Tasks
- Support technical provisions under Solvency II
- Contribute to SCR calculations and capital management
- Support IFRS 17 reporting and process development
- Ensure accuracy and quality of actuarial outputs
- Provide actuarial analysis for pricing, product design, and business strategy
- Monitor portfolio performance and profitability
- Support risk identification and ORSA processes
- Maintain governance and documentation standards
- Prepare committee materials and support decision-making
- Improve methodologies and actuarial processes
- Support the Head of Actuarial in developing the function
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Master’s degree or actuarial qualification in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
- Minimum 7 years of actuarial experience in reserving, capital modelling, or pricing
- Experience across multiple actuarial areas is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS 17
- Strong analytical and data skills (Excel, Python, etc.)
- Fluent English required; French is an advantage
- Autonomous, rigorous, and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage complex topics in a fast-changing environment
Gehalt
