TTI is looking for an Operations Support Analyst for one of our clients in Gibraltar.
Tasks
- Perform daily operational tasks in line with established checklists
- Monitor operational performance and identify issues or inefficiencies
- Investigate and resolve issues raised internally and/or externally
- Support the implementation of process improvements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in an operational or administrative support role (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of Faster Payments and SEPA payments (beneficial)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Three A Levels, with passes in English and Mathematics at GCSE level
Gehalt
Salary information will be provided during the interview with shortlisted candidates.
