TTI is seeking for an Accounts Executive for one of our top clients based in Malta. Our client is a leading company specialising in the design, engineering and management of the built environment, infrastructure, archaeological and geomatics services.
Tasks
- Carry out the duties of an Interior Designer, including concept design and feasibility and schematic
- Support the smooth and reliable operation of the Finance Department through accurate bookkeeping, structured financial records and disciplined processes
- Process supplier and customer invoices and payments in line with company policies, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely execution
- Review, match and record supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation, resolving discrepancies efficiently and professionally
- Manage accounts receivable and payable activities, including invoicing, debtor reconciliations and payment monitoring
- Perform bank reconciliations, monitor transactions and support payment runs using secure and approved payment methods
- Prepare accounts up to trial balance level and support month-end, periodic reporting and balance sheet preparation
- Maintain precise financial records and support audit preparations, ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times
- Support the CFO and senior finance stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting, analysis and finance-related tasks as required
- Communicate confidently with vendors, clients and internal teams to resolve invoice, payment and reconciliation queries
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, supporting efficient workflows and informed decision-making across the business
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
- ACCA part-qualified, currently mid-way through the ACCA qualification, with a clear commitment to professional development
- A structured and organised approach to work, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and remain effective under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
