Licensing & Regulatory Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Acting as a key contributor within the Firm’s Practice Group by sharing knowledge and experience in areas of licensing and regulatory with the Firm’s partners and employees
• Offering advisory services and support related to licensing obligations across multiple European jurisdictions
  
  
  
• Assisting licensing applications, renewals, and jurisdictional approvals
  
  
  
• Maintaining relationships with gaming authorities and regulators
  
  
  
• Ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements within Gaming and Gambling and other regulated industries
  
  
  
• Liaising with local and international regulatory authorities on behalf of clients, and preparing and submitting applications
  
  
  
• Monitoring developments in Maltese and EU legislation and advising clients accordingly of any relevant changes
  
  
  
• Assisting in the preparation of compliance documentation for audits and inspections
  
  
  
• Promoting a collaborative, team-oriented environment in line with the Firm’s core values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
  
• Minimum of two years’ experience in licensing and regulatory areas of work
• Strong understanding of Maltese licensing regulations
  
  
  
• Proficiency with legal and compliance documentation
  
  
  
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Maltese and English
  
  
  
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines effectively
