TTI is seeking for a Systems Engineer for one of our top clients based in Malta. Our client is a well-established software solutions provider recognised for delivering regulatory and financial technology solutions to leading financial institutions.
Tasks
- Support infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud, operating systems, networking, identity, and infrastructure platforms
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers across supported technologies
- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and support activities
- Participate in training and certification programmes to continuously enhance technical expertise
Requirements
- Preferably owns a degree / diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications & Computer Engineering, or equivalent IT industry certifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a systems, infrastructure, cloud, or technical support role
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Relevant Microsoft, OCI, HPE, VMware, or other industry certifications will be considered an asset
Gehalt
€38,000 – €42,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
