TTI is seeking for a Financial Integrity & Regulatory Compliance Lawyer for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading multidisciplinary law firm with offices across Europe, renowned for its expertise in fintech, gaming, corporate law, and regulatory matters.
Tasks
- Advising clients on AML/CFT, sanctions and financial crime compliance obligations
- Drafting and reviewing compliance manuals, policies, procedures and client advice
- Supporting clients in FIAU/MFSA examinations, remediation exercises and regulatory engagement
- Monitoring Maltese and EU developments on AML/CFT, sanctions, beneficial ownership and supervisory reporting
- Working with regulated entities, including financial institutions, investment firms, funds, compliance teams and corporate service providers
Requirements
- A genuine interest in AML, CFT, sanctions and financial crime compliance
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment
- Strong written and spoken English
- A collaborative, organised and proactive working style
- All levels of experience will be considered. Experience in AML/CFT, sanctions, regulatory compliance, financial services or dealings with the MFSA/FIAU is a plus, but not mandatory
Gehalt
€35,000 – €50,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
