TTI is seeking for a Banking & Finance Lawyer for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading multidisciplinary law firm with offices across Europe, renowned for its expertise in fintech, gaming, corporate law, and regulatory matters.
Tasks
- Banking and finance transactions, including lender and borrower-side work
- Corporate, project and asset finance matters
- Security arrangements, financing documentation and legal opinions
- Due diligence, refinancing, transaction support and client advice
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions and other advisers
- Monitoring Maltese and EU legal and regulatory developments relevant to finance
Requirements
- · A strong interest in banking and finance.
- Grounding in Corporate and Civil Law
- Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Strong written and spoken English
Gehalt
€35,000 – €50,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
