Accounting Supervisor (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Supervise and review accounting assignments, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with deadlines
  
• Manage a diversified portfolio of local and international clients across various industries
  
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports
  
• Oversee VAT compliance, including the preparation and review of VAT returns
  
• Prepare and review corporate income tax computations and returns
  
• Coach, mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
  
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for queries
  
• Monitor budgets, billing and job progress, providing regular updates to management
  
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the department’s overall efficiency

Requirements

• Fully qualified Accountant
  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  
• Experience managing a client portfolio within a Corporate Service Provider environment is considered an asset
  
• Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and deliver a high standard of client service
