Marketing Operations Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, partnerships and events from planning through to delivery
  
• Coordinate external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliverables are completed on time
  
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals and marketing assets to support efficient execution
  
• Monitor paid digital campaigns, proactively identifying performance issues and escalating recommendations where required
  
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking, reporting and measurement to ensure all marketing activities are measurable
  
• Schedule, publish and optimise content across social media, websites, blogs, newsletters and other digital channels
  
• Coordinate content distribution across owned and partner channels to maximise reach and engagement
  
• Support website and landing page launches, working with developers to ensure quality assurance, tracking and conversion functionality
  
• Manage social media inboxes and support community engagement by responding to or routing enquiries appropriately
  
• Coordinate partner marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, sponsorship deliverables and cross-promotional opportunities
  
• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and marketing automation workflows
  
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports and performance insights to support data-driven marketing decisions.
  
• Maintain organised digital asset libraries, project documentation, supplier records and marketing resources
  
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including supplier management, travel, accommodation, merchandising and post-event follow-up
  
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows and operational efficiency while supporting the wider marketing team
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years in marketing, digital marketing or marketing operations, ideally in fintech, tech or another fast-moving environment
  
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels - paid, social, email and analytics - and how they work together
  
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, email tools, project management software and reporting dashboards is a real plus
  
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time without dropping the ball
  
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to getting things right, consistently
  
• Clear, confident communicator - in writing, in meetings and with external partners
  
• Comfortable working with agencies, suppliers and internal teams, and good at keeping everyone aligned
  
• Proactive by nature - you spot issues early, follow up without being asked and keep projects moving forward
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same
