Tasks
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and user applications
- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting core insurance systems
- Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic security controls
- Document IT issues and solutions
- Assist with IT projects and liaise with external vendors when needed
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or currently studying)
- 1–2 years of IT support experience (internships acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Gehalt
