HR Generalist (m/f/o)

Tasks

 

• Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence
  
• Managing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants in collaboration with departmental managers
  
• Participating in employee inductions and orientations
  
• Understanding employee requirements and drafting documents and letters as required
  
• Working with Managers to identify training needs and coordinating training sessions
  
• Offering support on talent reviews, collaborating with managers to ensure best practice and effective employee retention
  
• Collaborating with the Payroll and Administration departments on day-to-day payroll queries
  
• Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required
  
• Keeping the ‘Jobsplus’ portal updated
  
• Updating HR related records and reports
  
• Assisting with other HR related day to day duties

Requirements

 

• Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail
  
• Fluent in both the English and Maltese language
  
• In possession of an A level standard of Education
  
• Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified
  
• Previous relevant work experience would be considered an asset
