TTI is seeking for an HR & Admin Executive for one of our top clients. Our client is a financial technology company that specializes in providing cutting-edge payment processing solutions based in Malta.
Tasks
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that documentation and system access are properly managed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general support
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Maltese employment legislation and internal HR policies
- Maintain employee due diligence records and support internal and external audits
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review
- Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor management
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, in line with company policies and budgets
- Support internal communications and the organisation of company initiatives and events
- Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and general operational support
- Liaise with the Finance team regarding payroll information, leave records, travel expenses, and employee benefits
- Work closely with department heads to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and the overall employee experience
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, HR handbooks, and administrative guidelines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar operational role
- Previous experience within fintech, financial services, or another regulated environment would be considered an asset
- Basic understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Familiarity with Maltese employment legislation would be considered an asset
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements or logistics would be considered an asset
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and supporting different business functions
Gehalt
€30,000 – €33,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
