TTI is seeking for a Employment Lawyer for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Supporting clients by providing legal guidance and advisory services
- Conducting legal research and preparing judicial and legal documentation
- Preparing and reviewing employment agreements, internal policies, and procedures
- Assisting with job grading and ensuring compliance with equal pay standards
- Representing clients in court and industrial tribunal proceedings, and offering advice on disputes and litigation strategies
- Assisting the legal team under the supervision of the firm’s partners and working collaboratively with colleagues across different practice areas on cross-functional matters
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience within a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
- Hands-on experience in employment law and industrial relations
- Strong analytical thinking and legal drafting capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
- Demonstrated interest in staying up to date with legal developments, contributing to personal growth and the firm’s visibility in this field
- Proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, manage pressure, and maintain a results-driven approach
Gehalt
