Business Implementation Consultant (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into solution specifications
  
  
• Configure system components based on financial regulatory requirements
  
  
• Deliver user training sessions to client teams
  
  
• Assist in solution design and process mapping
  
  
• Support post-implementation activities and handle support requests
  
  
• Collaborate occasionally in pre-sales initiatives, including product demonstrations
  
  
• Keep up to date with regulatory and industry developments

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Banking & Finance, Business & Computing, or related areas or equivalent relevant experience
  
  
• Understanding of regulatory reporting or financial supervision (considered an asset, not mandatory)
  
  
• A strong interest in FinTech and regulatory technology
  
  
• Comfortable with data analysis (Excel, PivotTables, PowerPivot)
  
  
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (Maltese is an advantage)
  
  
• Good time management, organisation, and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  
  
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  
  
• Ability to work under pressure when required
