TTI is seeking for a Business Development Executive for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading software products company specialising in development and support of business software solutions.
Tasks
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with prospects and clients
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Prepare professional proposals and tender documents
- Drive the sales pipeline through structured research and prospecting
- Negotiate and close deals that create long-term business value
- Stay updated on industry and product developments
- Share insights with the product team to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years’ proven success in B2B sales
- Experience selling technical/software solutions is a strong plus
- Familiarity with payroll, HR, or accounting systems is an asset
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Maltese considered a plus
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driving licence & attention to detail
Gehalt
Up to €45,000 gross per year plus bonus, depending on experience.
