Tasks

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with prospects and clients

• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  
  
  
• Prepare professional proposals and tender documents
  
  
  
• Drive the sales pipeline through structured research and prospecting
  
  
  
• Negotiate and close deals that create long-term business value
  
  
  
• Stay updated on industry and product developments
  
  
  
• Share insights with the product team to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years’ proven success in B2B sales
  
  
  
• Experience selling technical/software solutions is a strong plus
  
  
  
• Familiarity with payroll, HR, or accounting systems is an asset
  
  
  
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
  
  
  
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
  
  
• Fluent in English; Maltese considered a plus
  
  
  
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  
  
  
• Valid driving licence & attention to detail
