Business Development Executive (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across different industries in Malta
  
• Work towards achieving and exceeding annual sales targets
  
• Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts
  
• Develop, expand, and nurture existing customer relationships
  
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and a strong customer experience
  
• Interact with suppliers to provide customers with competitive pricing and high-quality service
  
• Coordinate customer requirements in line with business operations
  
• Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients
  
• Represent the company professionally while promoting IT systems and software solutions

Requirements

• Previous experience selling enterprise IT systems and/or software products
  
• Strong sales mindset with a natural ability to negotiate
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
  
• Ability to work in an environment where freedom, responsibility, and strong arguments are valued
  
• Fluent in English
