TTI is seeking for a Associate Advisor – Sustainability for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading entity in Accountancy, Assurance and Advisory Services and is based in Malta.
Tasks
- Understand and implement internationally recognised standards, including ISO-based frameworks, and apply this knowledge in client engagements
- Conduct audits, company diagnostics, and risk assessments
- Support change management projects related to sustainability, ESG, environmental and energy management, and Occupational Health & Safety
- Carry out Occupational Health & Safety risk assessments in line with best practices and legal requirements
- Advise clients on local regulatory requirements concerning environment, energy, and health & safety
- Deliver sustainability-related assignments aimed at improving processes, systems, and governance
- Research emerging methodologies, standards, and best practices and share insights with the team
- Manage project timelines and proactively communicate progress, risks, and issues
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Sustainability team and its service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, Energy Management, or a related field
- Experience in Environment, Health & Safety (H&S), Energy, Sustainability, or a related area
NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent is considered an asset - Energy Auditor’s Certificate is considered an asset
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and client-oriented
- Team player with a commitment to continuous learning and development
Gehalt
