Tasks
- Lead and manage operational projects and new initiatives
- Assist the Head of Operations with project planning, execution, and reporting
- Document and regularly review policies and procedures for the Operations Unit
- Compile and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement operational changes
- Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and workflow optimization
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement roles
- Knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in leading projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with automation tools and digital workflows is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Gehalt
