TTI is seeking for a Senior Legal Officer for one of our top clients. Our client is an insurance company and is based in Malta. This position offers direct interaction with both internal and external partners, along with strong opportunities for professional growth, including access to relevant training and development programs.
Tasks
- Organising and following up contractual agreements of the company
- Contractual negotiations
- Drafting and validation of insurance policies, brokerage agreements and third-party administration protocols
- Reviewing and approving insurance distribution processes
- Handling litigations
- Complaints Handling
- Handling corporate matters
- Tax advise
- Appointing and corresponding with law firms when required Regulatory surveillance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in French insurance law
- At least 5 years of a professional experience in an insurance company, brokerage company or Insurance regulator is a must
- Proficient in French, oral and written. Professional level of English
- Computer literate with a working knowledge in Excel
Gehalt
