TTI is seeking a Private Client Relationship Officer for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Oversee and support a portfolio of clients, delivering service of the highest standard
- Communicate with various authorities and stakeholders
- Work closely with clients to gather required information and documentation in a timely manner
- Prepare forms and other documentation accurately based on information received from clients
- Finalise and submit immigration application packages to the appropriate government agency
- Monitor cases, tracking deadlines and ensure that all expiration dates are observed
- Support clients during their visits to government authorities
Requirements
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A pro-active, client-focused approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Gehalt
Salary information will be provided during the interview with shortlisted candidates.
