TTI is seeking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Consultant for one of our top clients. Our client is a software company and is based in Malta.
Tasks
- Provide customer first-line support on delivered software solutions
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve user issues accordingly
- Familiarise and provide end-user and Functional support on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE Platform
- Assist in solution testing and deployment phases
- Escalate issues, when necessary, to development team and follow up on their progress
- Learn respective technology platforms and get certified along the way
- Compile test scripts, deployment procedures and support documentation as required
Requirements
- Knowledge/experience in supporting and troubleshooting Software Applications
- Good Customer Care Skills
- Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- A good working attitude showing enthusiasm, commitment, respect for others and willingness to go the extra mile
- Time management skills & attention to detail
- Power BI reporting experience is considered an asset
Gehalt
Salary information will be provided during the interview with shortlisted candidates.
