Manager - Managed Services Business (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services Business Unit
  
  
• Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds SLAs and client expectations
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service quality and efficiency
  
  
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
  
  
• Manage proposal processes and client solution presentations
  
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
  
  
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Managed Services professionals
  
  
• Monitor and manage financial performance to meet business targets
  
  
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and innovations to maintain competitive service offerings
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  
  
  
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a managerial role within managed services or a related IT area
  
  
  
• Proven track record in operational management and delivering high-quality services
  
  
  
• Strong business development skills and ability to grow client accounts
  
  
  
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities
  
  
  
• Sound financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
  
  
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English
  
  
  
• Highly analytical and solution-oriented
  
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
