TTI is seeking a Junior Legal Executive for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Drafting all documentation required for the registration of vessels under the Malta flag
- Handling all legal aspects of ship sale and purchase transactions of Malta-flagged vessels
- Assisting the team with day-to-day casework and liaising directly with clients and relevant authorities
- Managing individual client relationships independently
Requirements
- Demonstrates a keen interest in the technical aspects of maritime legal matters and takes a proactive, hands-on approach
- Able to work effectively under pressure and is results-oriented
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A degree in Law (not yet warranted) or fully warranted lawyer; prior experience in maritime law or ship registration will be considered an asset
Gehalt
