TTI is looking for a Head of Compliance for one of our clients in Gibraltar.
Tasks
- Develop, implement, and maintain the compliance framework and policies
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Act as the approved individual and main contact with the GFSC and other regulators
- Prepare and sign off regulatory reports and submissions
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits
- Deliver compliance training and support a strong compliance culture
- Report compliance risks and issues to senior management and the Board
- Support the MLRO and financial crime compliance activities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Gibraltar & UK regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, sanctions)
- Extensive experience in compliance within financial services/fintech/payments
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in compliance, AML, or regulatory roles
- Degree in Law, Compliance, Business, or related field
- Experience engaging with regulators and senior stakeholders
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Eligible for GFSC approval
Gehalt
